Who Can Join?

Anyone working for one of the organizations listed below. Plus any existing Denver Water Credit Union members’ family members (whether related by blood, marriage, adoption) or members of a household who reside with a person who is currently a member. Household includes a single economic unit. More specifically, a mother, father, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandparent, grandchild, in-law, domestic partner, foster child, or legal guardian of a current member is eligible to join the Denver Water Credit Union.

Our credit union now serves. . .

  • Members of Board of Water Commissioners
  • Probationary, temporary, permanent and retired employee’s of Denver Water Department
  • Employees of Denver Water Credit Union
  • Any small group who has a common bond of employment or association
  • Employees of BOD approved governmental, quasi-gov, or other organizations under contract to receive water service from Denver Water Department.

I do not meet any of the above requirements but I reside in the State of Colorado. I will provide proof of my residency and will make the minimum donation of $5.00 to Consumers United Association, a non-profit organization that supports activities that promote credit unions within Colorado.
